We had a great time during our visit to Bombay Cambridge Gurukul schools’ Department of Human Resources. The exchange that took place between the students and the Head of HRD- Ms. Upasana Saraf was very insightful. We learned that the world of HR is very dynamic and anyone who wishes to function in the field needs to be flexible. Another thing we learned was that the HR professionals have to maintain their integrity and strive to retain the humane side of the organization. We need to care for others as well as maintain integrity while carrying out our responsibilities in any organization.
